Two Poultry Rubs for Two Amazing Chicken Wing Recipes

Italian Balsamic Chicken Wings Recipebalsamic chicken wing spices

Enjoy this poultry rub on wings, but also on pork, tuna and grilled vegetables. Mix 1 T of each of the below spices per pound of chicken. (So, if you have 2 pounds of chicken, you’ll need 2 T of each spice listed, for a total of 12 tablespoons.)

Spice Mix Ingredients

  • Salt
  • Garlic
  • Balsamic Vinegar Powder
  • Honey Powder
  • Tomato (sun-dried, chopped fine)
  • White Vinegar Powder

Chicken Wing Instructions

  • Sprinkle over and toss chicken wings with Italian Balsamic Rub until thoroughly covered.
  • Roast the wings in a 9 x 13″ baking dish at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, then turn and roast for 30 – 40 more minutes, or until the chicken is done.
  • Garnish with Lemon slices and serve as an appetizer.

 

Bangkok Thai Chicken Wing Recipebangkok thai chicken wing spices

A curry based blend for a sweet, spicy and savory accent to your chicken wings. Also works well with shrimp, fish or pork. Mix 1 T of each of the below spices per pound of chicken. (So, if you have 2 pounds of chicken, you’ll need 2 T of each spice listed, for a total of 12 tablespoons.)

Spice Mix Ingredients

  • Garlic
  • Coriander
  • Honey Powder
  • Salt
  • Tomato Granules
  • Sesame Seeds

Chicken Wing Instructions

  • Sprinkle over and toss chicken wings with Bangkok Thai Spice Mix until thoroughly covered.
  • Roast the wings in a 9 x 13″ baking dish at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, then turn and roast for 30 – 40 more minutes, or until the chicken is done.
  • Garnish with Cilantro, Mint and Lemon slices and serve as an appetizer. Serve with Thai Sweet Chili Sauce as a dipping sauce.
