Chef Zieg in Action with the Beef Checkoff
A few years back I had the chance to work with the National Cattlemen’s Beef Association to create a special beef rub for the Beef Checkoff Program. The program is designed to increase domestic and/or international demand for beef.
In this video you’ll see me and Laura Hagen, the Senior Director of Culinary at National Cattlemen’s Beef Association, discuss the rub created for exclusive use by the various Beef Councils around the country.
