The Colorado Specialty Food Makers group has invited me to present at their September meeting on “How to Create a Truly Niche Food Product with Spices and Flavors.”

Cost: $5 at the door

I will walk the group of local food makers and food industry pros through the various ways that custom spice blends can make an artisan food product stand out on the shelf or the menu. This talk will be about improving recipes and discovering simple ways to differentiate a food product.
